Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any service provided by Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd., the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. provides digital marketing and IT services including but not limited to:

• Social Media Marketing
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Website & App Development
• Graphic Designing & Branding
• Video Editing & Content Creation
• Business Consulting

All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in our service agreement, which will be provided before commencement of any work.

• Service Engagement: All service engagements must be initiated through our official channels including our Website, authorized email communications, or direct contact with our sales team.
• Payment Structure: Our standard payment terms require a 30-50% deposit upon signing the service agreement, with the balance due upon completion of services. Milestone payments may apply for larger projects.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and online payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe).
• Pricing Adjustments: While we reserve the right to adjust our service prices, such changes will not affect existing agreements with clients.
• Scope Changes: Any additional services requested beyond the original agreement scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before implementation.
• Late Payments: Payments overdue by more than 15 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

• Provide all necessary content, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Cooperate throughout the project duration for effective communication.
• Make payments as per the agreed terms.

• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
• Once a project or campaign has begun, payments are non-refundable, unless Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver agreed services.

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

All content created by Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. remains the company’s property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of customized designs, websites, and marketing materials is transferred to the client.

Project timelines are estimates. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, non-communication) are not the responsibility of Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd.

We are not liable for:

• Losses due to third-party platform changes (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Website or platform downtime due to hosting issues or external technical failures
• Performance variation due to market changes or competition

Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The client breaches any part of the agreement
• Payments are not made on time
• There is abusive or unprofessional behavior from the client

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Government of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. may revise these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification.
